Yuri Darius is a Surinamese-American born and raised in the Bronx. From Art & Design High School to receiving her MFA at Academy of Art, she mastered her skills and broadened her knowledge in Fine Arts and Digital Graphics. Exploring many forms of art unveiled her love for Photography. Her photos capture SOUL, expressed through fine art and body. Her monochromatic style focuses on light and shadow and the message between them.
