Hello, My name is Juana and I have been creating art for as long as I can remember. I consider myself a self taught artist, and my inspiration comes from my surrounds, "Mother Nature". In 2014, I lost my mom and I was angry for some time, but through the process of art making I managed to release and express those deep emotions. The process of creating allowed for self-expression, connecting again with others, and healing the heart and soul. The name "Sunflowers Calligraphy" is my Logo and it represents my mother's love for "Sunflowers", it also reminds me that she is always with me and in everything I create.
