🐚They say in order to love what you do, you have to do what you love. While living with PTSD and multiple autoimmune diseases, many of my doctors have prescribed the beach as a treatment. It is my peace, my zen, and where I regain my sanity. I hope the beauty I have captured on camera, while treating my conditions, can bring just a tiny bit of the healing serenity to others that it does regularly to me.
