I am a British artist currently living in Worcestershire. I love colour and texture and am fascinated by why are we drawn to some colours and not others? I love working in layers .Translucent layers that intermingle to make new tones , different density layers that form cells and patterns. layering oil and acrylic and scratching beneath the surface skin of my medium all play a part in my work. I like to abstract my subjects making them removed from literal context. I regularly exhibit my work and in recent years have exhibited in Cheltenham, Redditch, London, Studley and York. I am beginning to gain an international following with my work being discussed on websites as far a field as Australia.
