Green Forest Elk Spirit, Deer of the Woodland Serving Tray

I ordered two companion items (medium and large matching trays) as gifts, shipped directly to the recipient. Although the web site warned of shipping delays with language that indicated the delays were ubiquitous, one was shipped almost immediately. Additionally, I wasn't notified when the first item was shipped, so didn't have a way to give the recipient accurate information. For the sake of the planet and efficiency, I suggest that you please ship items together whenever possible. And, give accurate shipping information to the purchaser. Also, the ability to use lines of communication both before and after purchase were close to non-existent. For example, I would like to have requested gift receipts, but there was no evident way to include that request, or to get in touch after the sale, which I can only assume is intentional. For $100 for two supposedly individually-made serving trays, I would like better service. In short, my friend loved the trays, but I would be hesitant to order from your site again. I'm sorry to say that, because the goods seem very cool. However, the communication and shipping problems are problematic.
