Shipping vacuum sealed pillows
I purchased and received two pillows covers with inserts. The order came with pillow inserts that were vacuum sealed. I had to return one of the pillow covers due to a quality issue. Society 6 sent a new pillow cover with a new pillow insert that was NOT vacuum sealed.
When I compare the two pillow inserts from Society 6, the one that was not vacuum sealed was much fuller and made the over all pillow look so much better. The vacuum sealed version was flat and sad. Don't vacuum seal your pillow inserts. It may save you space and money but it affects the quality of your final product. I love your designs, however I most likely wont buy pillows from Society 6 again because the quality issues.
