Farooq Alihassan is a New York City/Philadelphia based photographer, whose work has been featured in publications of the The New York Times, City Parks, The Village Voice, Impose Magazine, College Music Journal, Hudson Reporter, Jersey City Independent, New Magazine and Yelp among others. Farooq is a visual artist whose work has been exhibited across the U.S. Farooq’s work both artistically and professionally are informed by social justice and the promotion of liberation.
