Irish artist sharing a lifetime passion for flowers, line drawing and colour. I was sent to art classes on Saturday mornings when I was just 8 years of age and still have the many 'masterpieces' I created - pen and ink, water colour, posters and patterns. My lovely american uncle gave me my first paint box when I was about 11 - a wooden box filled with tubes of real oil paint, spirits and linseed oil - complete with palette knife and brushes. I was in heaven! Over the years I only dabbled with art, but now I feel the time is right and I have time. I draw and colour subjects that move me. I hope my work brings you happiness.
