I emailed the day after I purchased to clarify shipping. I miss read when I purchased, so needed to revise ship to address. My first reply from company came 2 days later... next and final reply came with shipping confirmation stating delivery date to be 12/19, but NOT confirming that they had corrected ship to address, so we delayed our travel plans by 2 days (this was a Christmas gift) in case they didn’t change address. When package didn’t show up we assumed all is good and the package would be delivered at the alternate address. Just received notification that package was delivered to original address on 12/23... VERY POOR COMMUNICATION... so I am going to have to tell my granddaughter that the backpack she really wanted isn’t under the tree as she was hoping for.
